Customer service was poor. Will not stay here again. Our family plans changed, two of us couldn’t travel, so we asked to switch from a room with a king sized bed and pull out couch to a different, smaller room … hoping for two beds. Management said no unless we were to pay a penalty to move to a less expensive room. Management wouldn’t switch rooms because the hotel was “fully booked” — yet rooms were still available for booking on Hotels.com. I wasn’t asking for a refund on my non-refundable room, I was asking for flexibility for a more appropriate room. If there was a legit reason (eg, no other rooms available), that would have been okay, but telling me no the hotel is fully booked, when there are other rooms available to rent did not sit well.
