Unfriendly service
The location was fine. The bed was extremely hard. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and tub as if it had not been cleaned at all. There was a tag to put on door to be eco-friendly and not have room cleaned, whereby you would receive a complimentary drink at the bar...haha, this is a joke and embarrassment for the hotel as the "drink" was one small bottle of water for 2 adults to share... worse was the front desk staff arguing about the policy and making you feel like you were somehow begging for a single bottle of water which would cost 10 cents across the street! We literally went 4 days without having our room cleaned - mainly because the staff was so horrible and failed anyway at the beginning to do a good job of cleaning. I don't mind cleaning myself when I see such an unprofessional job because why would I complain to have them come and do nothing as was the case at check-in. The rudeness of the front desk staff (Luciana in particular) makes this hotel not a future option. (only the doorman was worthy). For airline staff who travel frequently and recommend based on experience, NH hotels really failed here. I would never recommend this to family or the 100k plus employees of my company. What a shame, a little customer service training could go a long way. Rudeness is never accepted.
