We originally reserved a room for two nights 11/29/24 and 12/1/24 (Friday and Saturday) at the Best Western hotel in Atlantic City, NJ. Upon our late evening arrival, we found the room uncomfortably cold, and the thermostat was not working. We contacted the front desk, and the staff instructed us to adjust the heater unit blower in the room, but that also failed to work.
When we informed the front desk again, a staff member personally came to the room and attempted to fix the issue. Despite spending 20 minutes trying to repair the heater, it stopped working again shortly after he left.
