My experience was disappointing. When I checked in, I asked for an extension for the day of the checkout. They described to me the choices I had with or without charge. I went to the reception every day asking about how can I get an extension with an extra charge because I was traveling late at night. They told me to go back next day and next day and the same thing continued until the previous day of my check out. That particular day they told me I cannot have an extension even with extra charge because they’re fully booked. When I protested, they told me that the extension could be discussed only the previous day of the checkout But nobody said this to me each day I went to the reception. Finally, when I went to check out, they had charged me for a late check out at 2 o’clock an amount that of course was refunded to me. I was very frustrated and disappointed because the employees are not professional in informing the clients about their choices in time. Everybody was telling me a different thing for the extension very disappointed from Hilton.
