The staff at this facility were all unfailingly pleasant, efficient and polite. I just wanted to mention a few things that you don't normally see in reviews that certainly would have changed my mind if I had known.
The controls for the overhead ceiling fan and light are not intuitive, and not explained. Our party booked two rooms, and the room next to the elevator had significant frequent vibrations in the floor from what I can only assume was the elevator operation. It was disconcerting, to say the least.
The available TV channels are limited, we were unable to watch some pretty big football games because there is only one option for ESPN.
The parking immediately next to the hotel is limited. There are about 20 spaces, with the rest being in an overflow parking lot downhill. Not a huge deal, unless you have any sort of mobility limitations and then it is a bit more of a problem and something I think certainly should be disclosed in the listing.
