1) It was under renovation. (&/ changing name?) No "hotel signboard". Not even a small signage. If you use google map/ baidu map, the temporary entrance is almost at the end of the street, right opposite to the Italian restaurant Annie's. When you walk in, you will need to get to the elevator and check in on 2/F.
2) The construction started at night and carried on at midnight, so you could hear the noise in your room. It was not loud, to be fair, but you can still hear it.
3) Only 2 breakfast were included as I was told during check-in. We have couple of people staying, and it says on Expedia "breakfast are included", but I might have misread some little words or conditions when booking though. Just make sure to check carefully if you have a hotel breakfast frenzy.
4) Beware of signing any paper the staff gave you. I was asked to present my credit card and almost got charged for the room I had already paid on Expedia. I almost signed the invoice which I thought was a refund of the deposit I paid earlier. It said "Balance: 0, Payment: XXXX" and I was skeptical enough to ask what that was for, and only when I asked, they explained it was room rate for the period I stayed. They tried to urge me to sign, but I told them I already paid for the room on Expedia. And they said Expedia will give me a separate refund, and I can pay now first. It just didn't make sense I have to pay twice and wait for a "refund". At the end, they didn't charge me, but only if I spoke up.
