We arrived around 11:30 pm exhausted from our trip. The reception staff was very polite and gave us our key to our room. We started walking toward the room which was really far away!! we had to drag our luggage up and down stairs. The room was unacceptable, with a strong smell of mould and what looked like animal hair all over the phone. We called reception and complained. They came right away to inspect and took us to another rom again in the annex. This time the room smelled of mould again and there was trash on the floor. They inspected it an moved us to a better room in the main building. My advice: Dont ever book a room in annex. On our last day, we asked if we could have lunch first ant then check out. They said ok but during our luch at the restaurand, they interrupted us, apologized and said that the housekeeper had to clean the room so we had to go and remove our things. We left our table in the middle of lunch to go pack. We have stayed twice before and except for the extremely slow service we were content. This time our stay was way below satisfactory. I will not go there again.
