We booked a 2 Queen Beds Accessible Suite with Sofa Bed and view of Canadian Falls - Floors 10-24.
Upon check-in, we were informed that our reservation was for a room with a partial view of the falls, obstructed by a building in front of the window. The hotel offered us a full-view room with a king bed and a sofa bed for an additional cost. When we explained that we hadn’t booked a partial view, they told us we would need to discuss it with Hotels.com.
Ultimately, we decided to upgrade to the full-view room.
The suite was clean, and the king bed was comfortable. However, we encountered a couple of issues during our stay:
1. The sofa bed was slanted, and despite the technicians' efforts, they could not fix it, making it difficult for my son to sleep.
2. The window on the opening side was not sealed properly, allowing cold air to enter the room and affecting the nearby person.
When I shared this feedback with the hotel, they credited me a partial refund of the extra amount I had paid.
