The breakfast was extremely disappointing, and there were someone’s clothes hanging on the bathroom door.
At another Hilton property in the past, I even found someone’s underwear at the foot of the bed — it was unpleasant, but since it was late at night and my children were already asleep, I didn’t request a room change or call anyone and simply let it go.
It has now been almost a week since I checked out, but I still haven’t received an invoice, and I was charged more than what was confirmed through my Hotels.com reservation.
I have already sent an email regarding this matter but have not yet received any response.
