Weekend retreat
Gorgeous location and convenient for walking to shops and restaurants! They need to do better with their concierge service as all the information we received was not accurate at all. Would consider staying there again because of the environment.

Great except for family of gymnasts above us!
Stay was good other than the family of gymnasts that were in the unit above us. Highly recommend getting a 2nd level room!

Never Again
Do NOT go to this place. It is so dated and worn in the 1 bedroom condo. The air return filter looks like it has not been changed in 10 years. The carpets are filthy. I do not have allergies, but I kept sneezing and my eyes turned red whenever I was in the room likely due to mold spors in the air. The bedroom door to the patio was jammed so badly that it would not open. The furniture was severely worn out along with everything inside the place. Window and patio screens were ripped. We have stayed at many places across the country and we rate this as the worst room ever. The only redeeming amenity are the grounds which were well kept. Although, the noise of construction was in the air though all day. Upon checkout, you will be hit with a $35 per night resort fee. All can be yours for $900 for 2 nights. Do not be fooled by the pictures, this place on the inside is a dump. Do not go here.

Sedona
The original room the property selected for me was like dungeon. Bottom floor looking at the parking lot and trees covered the patio. I’m pretty certain this room was selected because of the lower price compared to the Hyatt app. The downfall of third party selection. I went back to the front desk and kindly asked for another room. They accommodated me.

Disappointing Sedona
Studio was newly upgraded which was nice but overhead fan/light kept coming on through the night and we were located near major construction with lots of noise and construction workers everywhere. Not the nicest stay.

Wonderful retreat in Sedona
Beautiful condo style amenities. Great views. Very walkable to uptown shops and connected Pinon point plaza. Pool and spa have great views of Sedona hills and sunset.

The hotel is going under a complete renovation. Hearing loud noises of trucks and drilling was not the most peaceful labor day I had. The rooms do need a major remodel, ours had a broken window screen left there against a wall. I would also recommend the hotel to add more EV chargers, there are only two for the entire property and there are no sign to limit the 2 parking spaces to electric cars only… I won’t stay here again.
