Nice hotel for a one night stay within Gunwharf quays. Incredibly friendly staff, especially the reception guy who I think was called Lee. Parking is simple and free. Room is pretty basic but has all you need including a comfy bed and powerful shower. Some noise from the neighbouring room but nothing to disturb sleep. Breakfast was excellent. Tasty, plentiful with good ingredients. Stayed here before and wasn’t overly impressed but the improvement was very obvious and will use again soo.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make my visit comfortable.
