Great location just worn and tired.

This is a lovely resort that has a larger pool for all ages to enjoy. We had a ground floor room which went straight out to the pool. Shaded patio to sit outside which is handy when you don't want to be inside as the rooms are on the smaller side. Great location to town and the beach. It just needs an upgrade and the breakfast was extremelly poor.

After some mixed reviews we weren’t sure what to expect and were pleasantly surprised - we had a spacious 2 bed apartment, modern bathroom, fresh continental breakfast and pool which the kids loved. Only a few hundred metres to the beach that was great for watching the sun rise. Definitely recommend for families with young children

We loved our stay at Mantra PortSea. Our room was bright, clean and spacious, we chose a studio apartment with a balcony which opened direct to the pool area which was great. The Resort is close to Macrossan Street and the beach and we were able to walk everywhere. The pool area is beautiful, the only negative is the pool isn’t heated and it was a bit cool to swim during our stay. We booked 3 day trips via the hotel QR code which was really easy to use. Thank you Mantra PortSea for a fabulous holiday.

Found our poolside access from room 7 great 😎 Comfy bed , great shower /spa Good pool / pool bar / general amenities Lack of handtowel/ face washer / tea towel was not ideal ….. or getting one fresh towel token over a 5 day stay ? This needs reviewing if your not daily service then at least don’t charge for fresh towels ? Staff all very friendly .

The place is little dated but is well looked after. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Our only gripe about the place was the cleanliness standards for the rooms where the floors and bathrooms were not cleaned well. The floor was dusty and sticky and I happened to drop my EarPods where one went under th bed and the other under the sofa and when I went to pick them up the floor looked like it had not been cleaned for months. Cleaness aside everything else was great.
