Totally disappointed!
The hotel is in a complex, parking lot is far, so be prepared to walk back after you park your car; the hotel has a few elevators, but the staff at the front desk didn’t provide helpful information about the right elevator to our room, so we got lost, and had to ask other guests for directions; the bed was hard and beddings had strange smell; breakfast place was crowded and noisy. It was not what we expected. It was quite disappointing!

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. Definitely needs updates - stains in tub, lamp not working, poor lighting. Don't pay extra for balcony, it overlooks the parking lot and no screen if you want fresh air. No coffee before 6:30 am if you're planning on leaving early in the morning.

Shower water was impossible to get to a good temp
Overall the stay was good. Biggest issue was the water temps in the shower. Took forever to warm up, then it turned literally scalding hot temp. took forever to adjust in little increments until it was possible to even step in. Then a few minutes into the shower, out of no where, the water turned immediately to freezing cold. play the adjust game again, but can't get it to a workable temp, so quickly take a cold shower, or burn your skin off. No way to take a quick shower and move on with plans.

The suite was incredibly small. You couldn’t walk past the pullout bed because it was so close to the wall. Super small room for 6 people. Also, both of the tvs in our room didn’t work. We called to the front desk and they sent someone to look at it and he could t get them working either. Frustrating to have a small room with no working tvs.

spend the first night sleeping on a box spring, no mattress on both beds and the sofa bed mattress was not great. After not been able to sleep due to the back pain, when to the front desk at 5am to ask for a room change. The new room did have mattresses, but same sofa bed problem. first time it has happened to me over the six or seventh time we have stay here. did get a room credit which was appreciated.
