We stayed for 3 nights 22-25.1 at the hotel. The experience just went from bad to worst. 1st we were given a room with a missing door knob. Then the flushing of the toilet didn't work probably. Informed the receptionist the next day and were told they will fix it. Never fixed during our stayed. The worst is on the last day, as we went out, we gave the room key to the receptionist. When we got back, we were informed that they couldn't find our room key. When we asked what happened, one of the receptionist started to get angry at us. And he opened the room with janitor's lock and left us there without electricity. When I went down to ask for a keycard, he started yelling at me. When I demanded him apology for the aggressive and unprofessional behaviour, he threatened to call the police. To which I was willing to. I asked them to call the police so that I could report the whole thing and request an investigation. Of course he refused because he knew that we didn't do anything wrong and we always addressed the staffs politely. Im sure that there is video footage from the lobby to prove that we did leave the key at reception before heading out, as we have done the previous days. Only after that did he then offered us to change room and breakfasts for the last morning. The next morning we arrived at the kitchen, only to be informed that they didn't know anything about the promised compensation breakfast. The worst experience ever. Don't stay at this hotel!
