I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I was very unsatisfied with my short stay here. We had booked a 3 night stay as we were in town for a wedding. Check in was smooth, but when we got into the room, the air quality was significantly worse than the hall/lobby. It was extremely humid. I noticed after that that the bedding and carpet also felt wet. However, the room was clean, so we stayed in the room for about 30 minutes until we felt sticky. I went to the front desk. She said she didn’t see the issue, and even said the windows were wet on inside because “it just rained” (it was 90 and clear?). We got a room on the second floor instead and while it initially felt better, things were still damp and again after about 20 minutes we felt horribly sticky from the humidity. This is where it went south. I went back to the front desk telling her the room was better but still the same, and I was met with “well you’re the first person to have this issue.” I asked if I could just get a refund for my stay as I wasn’t going to be able to stay here for the entire stay. She just shook her head and said no. I had to ask again, what their cancellation policy is and she told me again no refunds. I even asked if I could just pay the first night and get a refund for the next two nights and again just a short “no”. I contacted Expedia and the customer service was wonderful. They got me the refund for the two nights back. Poor customer service from the hotel but Expedia really came through. Beware
