The rooms and the elevators are very small. Two of the front desk staffers are extremely rude. I asked for his name and he said he not going to tell me. Jessica is another rude front desk receptionist. They had a fire alarm that went off for more than 30 minutes straight, without giving us a heads up. I jumped out of my bed and reached for my passport and hit my head almost knocking me unconscious, due to how frightened I was at the thought of a fire. Once I got out in the hallway to proceed down the stairs, I overheard another disgruntled hotel guests saying, but you should have given us a heads up so that we would know it was only a test and not an actual fire.
