We've stayed there twice. It's across the road from the Gare du Nord which is very convenient for us. Lots of good transport lines: Eurostar, RER, Metro. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The heating and shower are good. We didn't eat breakfast there so can't comment on it.

If you are looking for an easy access to everything hotel this is a great hotel. Right across the street from the train station. We trained to Gare de Nord from CDG, and when we left for London, we trained out. The RER B line is so easy to use to get you to almost everywhere or all connection points. Our room was in the inside (not facing the station) and noice was a minimum. Our bed was so comfortable and all linens were white and clean. The room was bigger than many European middle end hotels. Enough space to open a large suitcase on the floor and still walk around it. Extremely friendly staff, lots of restaurant and cafe choices around the hotel for end of night winding down.

Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. However, I experienced two significant issues during my stay that need to be addressed. 1. Air Conditioning Was Not Working The air conditioning in my room did not work properly throughout my stay. Since it was very hot during the summer, this significantly affected my comfort. I believe this issue requires immediate repair to prevent inconvenience for future guests. 2. Airport Shuttle Bus Overcharge I used the airport shuttle service provided by the hotel. The shuttle pricing was explained as being adjusted according to the number of passengers. I paid the highest rate of €19 per person, based on the assumption that only two passengers would be using the service. However, the shuttle I actually took had seven passengers on board. Under these circumstances, I do not believe the charge was calculated fairly. I would appreciate either: A refund reflecting the actual number of passengers who used the shuttle service, or A hotel voucher of equivalent value as compensation. I hope the hotel will review this matter and provide a fair resolution.
