You get what you paid for… Although the room looked nicely put together when we walked in, the toilet had mysterious hairs on it and there were crumbs behind the couch. I liked that it was pet friendly.

The dirtiest room and hotel I have stayed at. Nothing compared to the pictures or what the hotel states to offer. No care in providing cleanliness or attempt to help. Worst place ever.

The room was dirty, not vacuumed probably for weeks, brought up the issue with the desk clerk with no avail. No room service, we came late on the second night, the room was not attended, no shampoo, no soap, no towels, no toilet paper etc.

I found a pipe used to smoke drugs in the bathroom. When I turned it into the office, they were unphased by this. They also would not listen to my request to have the room recleaned.

Get less than you pay for.

So look, I knew what I was buying when I got this room rental. Its a 1 star so there were not a lot of expectations. The place REAKED. The odor was nearly overpowering. Throughout the hotel. The desk clerk was on his phone while I was trying to check in and while I was teying to get an extra room key. Holding up a finger to me in a 'wait' gesture. Both times. I was patient but after 5 minutes in each occasion, I had him help me out ANYWAY. Inexpensive is what I needed. Cheap, bad service, and horribly stinky is what i got.

Our toilette would not flush, even after they unplugged it. We called front desk to fix toilette, it took several hours for anything to be done about it, & even after it was unplugged it still would not flush properly- & we did NOT put anything in there that didn't belong there. I believe the whole property has plumbing issues. No public restroom available. No breakfast what so ever. Front desk was not very friendly.

NEVER AGAIN

We got checked in right before the concert and left stuff in our room. By the time we got in late that night we actually looked around. The mini fridge leaked and had a tray under it. The bed sheets were stained and you could tell they hadn’t been changed by where the spots were on both the flat and fitted sheet. There were also stains on the pillows. We slept in top the bed covering. The toilet ran all night and the room never cooled down.

I give them a pass on the bad entrance because of the road work. No local channels could only find pluto and other apps and nothing worked. The usb connections didnt work, and the plug in fried a new nintendo switch. The room was okay but not the best and could hear people up and down the hall all hours of the night talking and screaming sat morning. Beware

What a mistake. This place doesn’t look like the pictures. I arrived to barricaded and locked doors and a thick glass window to talk to the clerk through. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke or pot. Thank God I got a room with two beds because one of them had a hole in the mattress. The bathroom had a tub with a shower head, but there was no way to turn on said showerhead so I was forced to take a bath. However there is no drain plug and there is a fold out metal seat for handicap people in the way which made it impossible. At least the air conditioner worked well. After checking out, I realized I had an additional $90 fee from the hotel, I had to call them and have them remove it. It was not a service charge, either the Night Shift clerk did not know what he was doing or he was trying to get extra money out of me. I will never stop here again.
