Good location Poor service
We stayed 4 days in the executive suite. Assuming it’s the best room of their hotel. However There is no service for the first 3 days. I had to ask the reception for new towels everyday. They said I had to put service sign on the door before 10am. We put it out at 11am(because we wake up late) so got no service. On last day I was in the hotel whole day(and had service sign out the night before!) there is no one come to service until 12p.m. I called reception and this time they had no excuse and ask me when do I need service?!
The pillows are extremely uncomfortable, we didnt had any good sleep during the five days. Good things with the hotel is the location. And normal king/twin rooms are very affordable. It is not worth to pay 4 times normal rate to get the executive suite. It will not value the money. And the reception got very poor English compare to Osaka and Kyoto hotels, do not expect they will answer any of your enquiries.
