The location is very convenient, as you are close to all the shops and restaurants. In the hotel itself, you can see lots of mould in the shower. The coffee maker wouldn't work, I asked the cleaning supervisor for another machine and she said it would be done in 5 minutes, two hours later I asked the front desk and they assured me that it would be done, the next morning I realized that nothing has been done, I called the front desk again and they sent a staff to fix it which he couldn't, after sometime he brought another coffee machine which had the same problem, and finally they ordered me a coffee from the bar. When I was leaving, the manager approached me to apologize and explain the difficulties the hotel is going through and when I checked out she had a small gift for the inconvenience I experienced.

I chose this hotel mainly because of its very central location, right next to where the HavaBus airport buses depart, and it turned out to be a great decision. Getting around was extremely easy. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall service was excellent. My room was spotless and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, and the towels and linens were exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. I felt genuinely comfortable during my stay and was very satisfied overall. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. The only minor downside was that the TV only offered cable channels. For a five-star hotel, it would be nice to have streaming platforms such as Netflix available. Other than that, everything was great.

This hotel is very conveniently located just a short walk from Taksim Square and right in front of where the HAVAIST bus from the airport stops. Public transportation options are available in the square. The room we had was very nice and quite large, the largest room we had during our entire three week trip. I was just here for an overnight but it was perfect for me and would stay here again.

we have been at point hotel 3 times in 8 weeks, this is the worst room we have experienced , everthough they call it a deluxe room (better than standard), the bathroom was dirty and needed a total replacement, the windows from bedroom was tinted with no outllook very bad totally your have to choose a room with lounge access to get a proper room, but we dont need the lounge access, we are in Istanbull every month, we will move back to Intercontinental on the other side of the street , a little more expensive but much better
