The hotel was quiet and clean. The room was plain, but clean and the bed top and pillows very comfortable. The towels in the bathroom are huge and like new. We stayed one night only. We will return and stay again for sure.

Shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes 24/7. I ordered food and a drink right before the kitchen closed (at 10:30) that they brought to my room—wasn’t expensive like room service. So I slept well and had a nice shower. Room was up to date with everything I needed. Couldn’t ask for more from an airport hotel and will definitely stay here again when I have an early flight out of Monterrey.

Expensive not worth it

Better off staying in you car. Light in lobby doesn't work, bed lining was.dirty, restrooms are super small no soap nor shampoo provided, definitely not worth the price

Not my cup of tea. I did not like the building its felt old outdated. The room smelled to strong like paint. The lady in the lobby was not friendly. It’s weird they take a photo copy of the Identifications and even if they are minors. It felt like they were gonna steal the identity information. Will definitely never stay here. Only reason I stays was because my flight was early but even like that I didn’t want to stay at all.

Hotel basico actualmente en remodelacion

Hotel actualmente en remodelacion. La habitacion que me toco ya estaba remodelada, pero tenia muchos detalles de limpieza: muebles con polvo, cabellos en las sabanas y papitas en el piso, lo que significa que no limpiaron bien. El bano tambien, aunque remodelado, tiene un olor desagradable, a caneria.

El hotel está en remodelación pero el área donde te hospedan está en perfectas condiciones. El servicio de la recepción fue excelente, muy atentos y amables. La Srita con muy buen actitud resolvió nuestras dudas.

Sicher übernachten

Mann sollte direkt eine Telefonnummer bekommen um das Hotel für den shuttel Bus anzurufen. Ohne funktionierendes Handy Gerade gelandet nachts irgendwo in México ist es schwierig den Shuttle bus zu finden. Flughafen ist info nicht besetzt um diese Zeit. Sonst war alles gut

El lugar está en remodelación por lo que hay limitaciones en la noche con el área de comedor., sin embargo, hay buena atención, traslado del aeropuerto, habitación limpia y cómoda.
