Only redemption...good location
Good check in. Living room didn’t have sofa bed as per email...had to negotiate to get one, also on email had been advised $40/ additional person per night, upon phone check following email, and also when asking for sofa bed was advised refer to adult. Cleanliness of room in general okay, but could see grout in bathroom hadn’t had any elbow grease (no cleaning effort except at best a mop), shutters and edges and nooks and crannies had dust and yuck... Good touch with balcony spa...but can’t make it private if need be. Privacy shutters not effective. No windows is also a nice touch...but an absolute pain when road noise starts at 6am!! 4 identical pools (2 on each side of building)...thus really only 1 pool...no good if u have kids who are weak swimmers...shallowest part 1m and rapidly descends to 2.1m. Small ledge can sit or stand on. No other facilities. Glad maintenance could fix the bedroom sliding door that wouldn’t open. Lift not working on checkout...had to carry luggage 3 flights of stairs to car park. At checkout $20 for 1pm checkout (even though we had clarified no charge for that)...waived. And $40*4...we disagreed on it via email, and manager waived the charges, but expressed his disappointment that while they had attended to our every need we weren’t reciprocating.I don’t understand what need they attended to? And can’t understand why they would charge for what they haven’t provided. Not good value for $$$, many better resorts, except for location.

Had a lovely stay, just could do with a bit of an update. No hob or oven when stated that we had a kitchen. And we were supposed to have a king size bed and instead had a twin room.

Great hotel! Location is ideal, less than 5 minute walk to the main street where all the shops, restaurants, and bars are. Rooms are very clean. We stayed in a lower room where we could just hop in the pool from our room which was amazing. Also had a nice outdoor spa.

Nice and close to town, nice rooms. We had spa studio room and really enjoy relaxing in spa late arvo.
