I recently stayed at your resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from the relaxing, all-inclusive vacation I had hoped for. Having visited numerous all-inclusive resorts in the past, I was surprised by the significant limitations at your property.
One of the biggest issues was the dining policy. Despite being marketed as an all-inclusive resort, guests are required to reserve breakfast, lunch, and dinner the day before. This applies even to the buffet, not just à la carte options, and availability is limited. This made meals extremely inconvenient and stressful, as I had to plan ahead without knowing if my preferred time or option would even be available.
Additionally, upon arrival, we did not receive our room until 4:40 pm, which is well beyond the usual check-in time. This delay, combined with the policy of not allowing guests into the facilities before 3 pm, left us waiting outside the resort for several hours. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially after a long journey.
Based on these issues, I would not recommend this resort, particularly to those looking for a stress-free, all-inclusive experience
