Just renovated, clean rooms. Comfy enough beds. Hosts were lovely and friendly.
Downsides, Family room was very small, bathroom door does not open fully as it hits the sink. If your over 6ft tall, your going to struggle to use the toilet sitting down, as your knees are against the wall. We got very little sleep, as it was so hot in the room on the top floor, with only a small hopper window to ventalate, but to no real effect. This was however, during the really hot weather. A fan in the room would have helped, as we couldnt get any sort of breeze flowing through the room at all.
There is no food option, and no bar, which is why i didnt give 5 stars.
We paid the hotel £12 a day for parking. Limited spaces, 4 or 5.
There is no lift, and we were on 3rd floor.
It is a very clean hotel, and the hosts were lovely and friendly.
The location is about 100 yards from the promenade, next to St Chads hotel.
If this done breakfast, and had a bar, this would be an excellent hotel.
We wasted a lot of time trying to get a breakfast elsewhere, but again, that was due to the resort being so busy due to weather and the airshow.
Would i go back? Maybe, but thats down to there being no breakfast.
