Yikes.
Our neighbors were loud, routy and arguing until 5 in the morning night one. The walls were thin and we heard EVERYTHING.
Beds weren't bad for being a cheaper hotel. I've slept on much worse. The pillows were paper thin though so if you like fluff, bring your own. Heat/temperature was overall good. Water pressure in the shower was awful. Several things were broken, a table leg was falling off, a stove burner didn't work, part of the couch was wobbly. Overall most of the furniture felt like one good windstorm would ruin all of it. We found a dead slug under the couch and the kitchen sink was dripping. We were on a tight budget and for what we paid, you get what you get but we have stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had an experience quite this bad.
Staff was polite and immediately wrote down problems as we shared them.
