DO NOT STAY HERE - health hazard
The property was mouldy - they gave us 2rooms on the 9th floor which were covered in mould. When we went back down to complain the guy at reception didn’t care at all. After 10mins of waiting for him to do something about it - (he wasn’t actually doing anything!) I told him we wanted new rooms - he took me to the 5th floor to show us 1 room he said was available - it was still not cleaned - this was at 10:30pm! We had booked 2 nights - we left after the first night & stayed at a very nice hotel.
I asked to speak with the manager first thing the next morning but was told he was not coming in as it was a Sunday!! The guy who checked us in the night before told me the manager would be in at 8am & he would speak to me…
This hotel is NOT AS DESCRIBED - no safe in room, no pillow menu, no pillow top bed, no blackout curtains & the windows certainly weren’t soundproofed! You could hear every noise from the street as if the windows were wide open.
The breakfast was diabolical - everything was stone cold as they cooked up a pile of fried eggs & left them on a plate, same with spring rolls - the cutlery was filthy.
This hotel is 2 star at best by western standards.
