This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After driving all day on a 4,000-mile business trip, I checked into a room that was absolutely unacceptable. The shower was ice-cold and never warmed up, which was frustrating enough, but it was also filthy. The drain was clogged with someone else’s pubic hair, and it was clear the shower hadn’t been cleaned at all.
The room itself clearly hadn’t been cleaned either—other than the bed, which had been made. The towels were stained and questionable, and the bathroom electrical outlet was fried, making it a fire hazard. When I showed photos of the issues to Ana at the front desk, she just shrugged and said, "It should get hotter," offering no solutions or help.
Later in the night after shift change, Pam looked with me for another room. Five rooms checked. Three she said were filthy, and two she shrieked at audibly. I stayed in my room and asked for cleaning supplies whoch she gave to me. Smh
After a long day of travel, all I wanted was a clean, safe place to rest, and this was far from that. This property is a health and fire hazard, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
