My experience at the Sheraton was terrible. The front desk staff on 3/21 was unhelpful and unfriendly. An incident occurred where children were running through the hallways, knocking on doors, and despite calling the front desk for assistance, nothing was done. When we requested to be moved to a different room, we were told that no rooms were available. Rather than offering a solution, the staff simply told us not to answer our door and to ignore the disturbances.
It also appeared that only one person was working at the front desk, which seemed unusual for a hotel of this size. Their attitude and lack of professionalism only added to the frustration.
As for the hotel itself, the condition was disappointing. There were visible holes in the walls, and while the bathroom had some modern updates, it felt dark and dreary. Overall, the hotel is in serious need of renovations to improve both its appearance and guest experience.
