I chose this hotel based on my great experience at the Westin in Long Beach, but unfortunately, the Baltimore location was a disappointment.
From the moment I entered my room, there was an unpleasant smell—a mix of disinfectant and cigarette smoke—that made the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom had broken fixtures, which was unexpected for a Westin property. To make matters worse, the dining area was far from what I anticipated, with a poor atmosphere and subpar service.
Overall, this location did not meet the standards I expected from the Westin brand. I wouldn’t recommend it and certainly wouldn’t stay here again.
