Staff member Bambi is a nasty, rude, and more of a liability than an asset. We checked in to her rudeness and nasty tone when we simply asked if she had a preferred place to eat that she could recommend..i then ask about what time the pool closes and she says its closed for repair and that it is all over Expedia and their website, however i took a picture, repairs were supposed to be done on July 16, they crossed thru the paper with a red marker and wrote July 23rd..she then gives us a room key to 331, my wife and i walk in and i say wow they didn't clean this room too well, my wife says this is someone else's room their luggage was still in the room....back to Bambi we go and i explain i think there was a mistake because someone's stuff is in there she rudely responds no, that room was assigned and cleaned this morning....after further review she gives us a key to room 133, i say oh it was just a typo and she says no it wasn't a typo and she is giving us this room instead (Clearly she couldn't admit having made a mistake)....we go to room 133 conveniently located next to the mechanical room (Sarcasm)and to say it was disgusting is an understatement, however i was not going to deal with Bambi again so we cleaned the bathroom ourselves with the toilet paper and hand towels in the room, Horrible everything across the board for this hotel!
