This resort had brown water running through the faucets in the sink and the shower in ALL the rooms when we stayed. This is completely unacceptable as it means we were unable to shower or even brush our teeth. When we notified the front desk, we were moved to six different rooms that all had brown water. In the end they asked if we would want to stay in a room where one of the beds didn’t have sheets or pillows but allegedly had “clean” water (the water was actually brown fyi so this was a complete lie from the workers). They also initially wanted us to pay for the room “upgrade” which is completely unreasonable — we paid for a room with clean water.
The manager and front desk worker seemed completely unorganized and not hospitable as they completely disregarded our complaints. The workers didn’t even offer to grab us sheets for the bed. Even when we asked to get fully refunded, neither seemed to know how to get the refund, how the bookings were done, or how to get our money back. Also the WiFi completely stopped working at some point. Overall, we wasted almost four hours trying to find a new room and trying to get a refund before finally leaving the hotel
**warning for all future guests — make sure to plug the drains and run the water in the sink/shower for several minutes. The water would always turn brown after a few seconds**
