With the ice storm coming in the prices were jacked up for those travelers seeking shelter. Upon arrival they charge $150 incidental fee despite not having a restaurant or even $150 worth of snacks one could buy. They charged five star prices with two star services. Front desk staff, as expected at a two star, are just place holders typing on a keyboard, with no interpersonal skills. At least pretend to care when charging four to five star prices.
I tried to realize this is Albany and what we got is what is expected in that town I just wished the hotel manager could see, from an outside prospective, how bush league their hotel is.
If you are reading this review take a look at the management comment, if they do respond. If it is the same corporate response as is on all the other negative reviews, then you know I’m right and that the customer is not their number one priority.
