The location is excellent, the staffs are very friendly and the water pressure for the shower is the best!
But the shower area itself is quite small for American standard and the pillows are not soft and uncomfortable. Other than that is quite good.

1st time in London..found this hotel to be an excellent location close to tube station and shops and dining options...look like our room was recently renovated as it was in very good condition...great shower..bed was firm but comfortable...room was on ground floor which was good...friendly team ...would certainly stay again.

Nice central location. Hotel was renovated and comfortable. We had a nice time. The family room is good for our travelling family with two teenage daughters. Would recommend.

2 maintenance issues
Unfortunately the lift was out of order and our room was on the 3rd floor. This was communicated before our arrival but it was too late to find alternative accommodation. Staff were great and carried our bags for us. To compound our trouble when we arrived in our room we found the telephone system was also not working which meant a trek downstairs to talk to hotel staff. Other than these issues our stay was very comfortable.
