I had a great experience at the Spark by Hilton, Exton, PA and cannot thank the staff enough! Trust me, I’ve had to stay at another Spark by Hilton location and they are not at all the same. During this stay, my sister and I arrived late but before we came, we called to make sure we would still be able to check in and were told by Zack that we could so we decided to go ahead and drive to the hotel. When we arrived, we were told that there were no more rooms available even though we had already paid and called prior to coming to the property. Zack did his absolute best to check the system to really make sure no rooms were available, he even called multiple times for assistance, being that he is newer in the front desk role. After double and triple checking, unfortunately we were not able to check in due to the hotel being booked. Zack however, offered us the complimentary tea they had in the lobby which helped us so much being that we’d had a very long day, explained the situation in great detail, and was just a very friendly and genuine guy. Being that we would have to come back the next day to check in, which was just about 10 hours since it was around midnight, Zack made sure to make sure we had a free night, upgraded room, additional Hilton Honors points, and he even came outside to give us some coupons for some local eateries. He also ensured us that he would speak to his manager about the situation and we could clearly tell that he did since my additional points and free
