I tried to reach the hotel to upgrade the room for my little sister who is 12 years old. After talking to 3 different people, it could finally be fixed, but I had spoken to 2 who worked at another hotel. The confirmation on sms was the only one I got, which said I was staying in Viking Hotel, turns out I was staying at City Hotel. When we got there the reception was closed, with no heads up that I had to go to another hotel to get checked in. So I had to call the only number I had, to ask how we would get into the room, tired after a long drive. Then when we camre into the room, we found an eye lense laying in the bathroom floor. The sheets, towels and the toilet had bad smell. The matress on top of the bed was not laying very good on the bed, and it felt like we had room between the bed and the wall. Besides this, the room was alright. Great for us three. But the hazzle calling, and checking in was not very pleasant.
