Stay away
Noise: the hotel plays club music in the open courtyard 8-11pm where old male guests try to dance with youbg belly dancers. The walls are so thin you can hear entire conversations next door so with that kind of music you wont be ablw tonsleep. Staff refuse to tuen it down. If you have tours scheduled early (some tours depart around 5am), you'll be exhausted. Worsr cuatomer service I've ever experienced where the stafd will hang up on you and ignore you for an hour when youre standing right in front of them. The front desk was annoyed with my request to turn down the music so they fave out my passport info to a nosy bystander guest when he asked for it Cold water: if you plan on showering at the same time as other guests, you won't have hot water Cleanliness: i found pubic hairs on the bathroom doors when i first entered my new room Bed: the ned is rock hard and feels like sleeping on a plank It's really a 3 star hotel at best. Very old and outdated. Horrific cusromer service

Loved the indoor thermal hot spring. Food very good. Pools to cold. No washcloths. Said use pool towels but then charged for them. We didnt bring money down to swim. Had to walk to room wet.

Shabby, a little creepy
The facilities are in need of an update. Insects in room. Staff needs training. Buffet was not appetizing, wasn't replenished, so if you do not arrive at the very beginning, there isn't much, and what's there is picked over, not fresh looking. Spa is okay, but expensive. The indoor pool is very nice, but cold.

Needs renovation
Nice lobby, check in was fine the room was nonsmoking but smelled like smoke. The dinner is included which is nice, and it was acceptable. There was live music and a belly dancer which was fun. The air conditioning was poor we opened our window and the lighting in the room was poor. The breakfast had food left over from the previous dinner.

Ac not working in any room in May, tons of mosquit
no ac in any room, it was hot and full of mosquitoes, all they offered was to open the windows and use repellent, had to spray the room like 5 times, couldn't sleep.

Off season
The facilities in the hotel were impressive and location was very nice, but since we stayed off-season the hotel was not really operational. With limited choice of food in the hotel at this time it was a tough stay. The staff, though friendly does not facilitate the guests and we were refused many requests during a days stay. In season may be a good option but I would not advise staying here off season

Thank god there are beautiful things to see nearby
After a lot of research decided that this hotel was the best of a number of not so good options. Unfortunately that was probably right as the hotel (like many in the region) was not focused on food or service and caters to large bus (budget) tourist groups. When you check in you are immediately approached by English speaking (the only ones in the place?) older men who encourage you to have a massage. The massage was good but very expensive, especially considering the rest of the facilities. The rooms were were showing wear and tear and no one in the hotel seemed to speak anything but Turkish. We had difficulties making local travel arrangements due to this.

Ok. Needs a few improvements.
Rooms are comfortable and clean. Bathrooms need upgrading. Pools are nice and clean. Pretty well maintained hotel. Drink prices are absolutely ridiculous. 45 € for a 5€ bottle of wine. So don't drink before checking for the price. Paid 75€ three people. I think it was a bargain

The no star 5 star hotel
The hotel disappoints at evvery level. There is only one restaurant with no menu service and terrible food. If not for the salad bar we would not have eaten anything. Breakfast consisted of instant coffee and eggs any way as long as it was an omlette. The room ac did not work. The staff was not helpful and we wasted our 2 days due to their lack of customer service.

A little disappoinment
I remember enjoying the five star quality of a hot springs hotel located near the Hierapolis antique grave site. Also located nearby is Pamukkale (Cotton Castle) that amazes any new comer. That was about 20-25 years ago when the hotel was brand new...However this time it was a little disappointment, as the hotel has gotten old and the quality of services rendered was not what I expected. I know it is a temporary situation, and with the conditions getting better in the country, the hotel will go back to its good old days. Otherwise, I recommend the hotel for everyone.
