Clean room, great breakfast , friendly staff of varying competence. Lady on the front desk is completely useless, she does not answer queries just turns and asks another staff member. Two senior waiters in the restaurant are excellent, doorman is obliging

We arrived late evening after a delayed flight only to discover the sea view suite we had booked and paid for looked over a building site and other buildings! We tried to sort things out with the front desk but were told there were no ither rooms avaliable and we had be given the room we booked! Tired and frustrated we accepted the room and went to sleep. The next day after many comersations with the hotel and Hotels.com we were moved to the Sea view suite we had booked. Such a shame to get off to a bad start as we were only there 2 nights. We were offered a complimentary dinner as compensation but the error should noy have occured in the first place.
A special thanks goes to Laxman the housekeeper who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. However the aircon was noisy and struggled to keep the room cool.
All restaurant staff and doormen were very friendly and professional

Hotel was fine. Staff friendly and helpful. Some rooms nicer and bigger than others. Bathroom was small. Pool towels. Not a fancy area but you could walk to a lot of attractions. Bestvto download google maps as area is confusing.
