The the staff was very kind very nice and helpful. But I had a few problems. I believe the resteraunt called aureo which was shown as open was not opened I went on Tuesday to have a drink and dinner only to see no one was up there at all. Also they advertised laundry service and I asked the staff there was no laundry service at all the breakfast was ok. The best thing about the hotel was the staff

Overall, this hotel has everything you really need. It’s in a fairly quiet area, the breakfast was good (though they serve the same menu every day, which can get repetitive), and the room was comfortable. If you have a rental car, there’s a parking garage conveniently located across the street. The staff were polite and friendly, and overall, I’d recommend staying here.

The building and location are great. However there are many aspect from the service perspective that are not at the same level of the decoration and amenities of the rooms and building: NO COFFE IN COLOMBIA: The room had a nespresso coffee maker, however there was no way to get coffee capsules: I've asked the floor cleaning lady, the front desk at multiple shifts, that would, not be a problem if there would be a bar or restaurant at the hotel, but there is no service whatsoever after 10 am when breakfast is over. NO WATER: There is no water to drink available in the room other than the minibar bottles ($4 each), However there is a water fountain on the lobby but its not always available (many times it was empty), or there were no cups available. NO PRIVACY: the rooms with Jacuzzi face another building with no curtains or any type or privacy, so yes...you can take a bath and relax, but that's it you better get back to the room or provide a show to nearby neighbours. :-) LOBBY BAR/COFFE PLACE: althought there are tables and you a bar, there is no service at all and you can not purchase drinks or anything in the lobby bar and the rooftop is only opan for breakfast, it remains with no service during the rest of the day. I feel there were better options for similar prices, pictures look great, but service does not show in pictures.

Excellent location, clean and great service

Stayed in Feb 2025, while exploring Medellin. A great location close to restaurants, bars and tour pickup locations (Poblado park). The hotel was very clean and comfortable both in terms of the room (amazing shower), restaurant and roof terrace (great views). Service was very helpful and friendly and front desk was great at booking my taxis and when i needed to stay an extra night due to cancelled flight. One issue I did have was that the room window did not mitigate any noise from outside both from nearby (hot tub) and neighbourhood nightlife noise...fortunately it did not persist that late at night.
