Nul nul nul!!!!

Horrible!!!

8/10 Very good

Not up to expectation

Although 4star, not up to a 4star UK hotel. Room: dated linen, old bumpy pillows, broken hair dryer, no comlimentary toiletries, just 1 english speaking tv channel which you can only watch if you pay £20 deposit for the remote! Food: good quality and wide selection Watch out for touts who are allowed to work in hotel foyer - overcharging for day trips. Stick to the organised holiday companies. Concierge / reception: unable to give basic advice about local area eg restaurants, taxi rates etc Spa: not clean, over charged
