Avoid This Hotel – Terrible Service!
I would highly recommend staying anywhere else in the area instead of this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was disappointing.
When I checked in at 22:15 on a Saturday, the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge me, let alone greet me. To make matters worse, there were zero food options available at that hour—unacceptable for an airport hotel where travelers often arrive late.
The breakfast situation was even more frustrating. I gave my room number, and suddenly, the receptionist ran up to me, insisting that breakfast wasn’t included—as if I was trying to sneak in a free meal. I calmly told her I was aware and planned to pay, but instead of handling it professionally, she demanded I pay immediately after eating. When I later asked if it wasn’t standard to settle the bill at checkout, she admitted it was—but couldn’t even look me in the eye anymore. I can’t help but feel that my treatment was different because of the color of my skin.
And if that wasn’t enough, a cleaner barged into my room at 11:30, asking when I was leaving—despite checkout clearly being at 12:00!
To top it off, the hotel itself is nothing special—basically just a slightly larger version of an Ibis. Not worth the price, the attitude, or the hassle. Stay somewhere else!
