I highly recommend staying at the Nicecy Hotel and will always stay here when visiting HCMC. The property is well maintained, rooms are super clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing. A special thanks to Nhi on reception. She speaks great English and was very helpfu.

The hotel is located right in the center near the market on the side of the city, a famous market for tourists. The receptionist was friendly and enthusiastic. Someone helped us carry our luggage. The room was small but fully equipped.

Although the property looks to be renovated, the hotel is already falling apart. The hallway laminate floors are already broken. The hotel is very poorly maintained. The first night, they downgraded me to a much smaller room due to my original room's AC being fixed. Both rooms and bathrooms are not that clean. My original booking, the premium double room, is spacious. The beds and pillows are pretty comfortable. If the property was maintained better, it would be a solid hotel. The massage spot inside the hotel is great. Went there twice and both masseuse were good. The location is really good as well within district 1.

The reception told me all of snack and drinks are included in stay fee but they ask to charge when I checked out.
Finally, they don’t charge the fee but didn’t clear the reason about this accident.
It might be complicated with their operation.

One of the rooms we had had a shower drain that was clogged. The water in the hotel didn’t seem very clean, especially for foreigners, so having the water pool up in the bathroom floor was not ideal. Also, the drain just did not smell good and it's just not a very clean looking building.

I don’t like the way they check up after you move out property and then if you not stay your clean bed sheets or anything massy or have wear and tear on bed or pillows they will charge you cost for clean. And the receptionist you told them no housekeeping when you leave then come back they already managed your bed and told you what you have need to do if you have tear or wear on your bed sheets. I think communication with receptionist and cleaner very poor. They not understanding what you need Or ordered them for follow up. The room stay is noisy for whole day.

Disappointing
Disappointing, we arrived at 1:35pm only to be told that check-in was from 2 (the room was available!) Very strange.
The air conditioner in the room was poor and failed overnight, leaking water over the floor and making the room insufferably hot. We changed rooms first thing in the morning, but no apology or offer of a refund/discount for the sleepless night.
The new room was identical and had no issues.
Despite being a relatively recent renovation, signs of wear and tear are evident, floor outside the lift on levels 3&5 are dangerous. I think management needs to pull their finger out.
Location is great, but I think their listed nightly rates are a bit overdone, the hotels.com price was ok.

Hotellet ligger fint til, med veldig kort avstand til kjente severdigheter og veldig gode restauranter.
Madrassen føltes god.
Vær oppmerksom på at det er tynne vinduer som slipper inn mye lyd fra gata utafor.
Rommet ellers var rent, men tydelig slitent. Badet er lite og har ikke noe noe dusjgardin, så alt blir vått når man dusjer.
Kjøkkenet har absolutt ingen redskaper unntatt vannkoker, så ikke lei hotellrommet for å bruke kjøkken.
Funker fint for en natt eller to.
Resepsjonen var effektiv, men ga lite oppmerksomhet og utvekslet særdeles få ord.
Derimot var vakten som hjalp oss med bagasje utrolig hyggelig og omtenksom :))

The location is fantastic, you're right on the middle of the action. However the stay could have been better. We were only given one room key for two people which required a lot of coordination, the entire bathroom gets wet when you have a shower and while there was aircon in the room, the hallways and lift were left to roast. Overall, happy with the stay given the price.
