The property was clean and very well-maintained with modern amenities such as: remote controls for the air conditioner in each room. It was very quiet and in a great location. It was within walking distance to the beach. It was a family friendly place and had a huge, beautiful kitchen with plenty of seating. We had the best time there, and will definitely be returning.

My primary reason for the low rating of this property has to do with hidden fees and a lack of response from the host. I booked the property with a non-refundable price. After I booked I was sent a link to check-in. During the check-in process I was given a choice of paying a non-refundable $30 deposit or a $600 refundable deposit for damages - assuming they did not find any damages. I was staying 1 night and the $600 to me felt unreasonable. I messaging the property about this and never heard back. In addition the rates had a nightly fee plus a larger property fee. I mean just include it all in 1 price. The property was clean and sufficient for my stay but I would not stay again.
