Very clean, modern and safe. great location in city center, We can access all types of shops, supermarkets, museums, restaurants by walking disctance. Metro station is just next to the hotel. The only inconvience might be no reception. For certain people, it might be a little bit complicated if they have some urgency.

Not sound proofed, could hear everything in the corridor from everywhere in the apartment. Doors slamming shut, people speaking very loud and just a lot of noise in general. Was clean and tidy.

Location is perfect, cleanliness was moderate. Bed was not so comfortable. Hotel is completely do-it-yourself hotel which I was not aware of while I was booking. Breakfast was weird, very but very few options (to me they were not options). I had to choose this hotel as there were not many options (last minute booking), I can only choose this if I would be in the same situation, otherwise I don’t prefer.

wonderful location just off the main pedestrian shopping street. Very close to subway. Easy check-in and I liked electronic key on my phone. Also, they provided not only shampoo and body wash, but also hair conditioner, which I appreciate a lot! I liked how it smells! Kitchen has enough plates and utensils for two people. My suggestion, however is to add corkscrew and bottle opener, they will come handy.

The room was clean and comfortable but it lacked the ‘workspace’ that was advertised. There was certainly space for a desk, but sadly not one available. When we visited the front entrance was closed and so we had to use the back entrance which was in a vermin infested back alley with the overflowing bins from local businesses. It was not a good way to enter or leave the building and did not feel very safe. That said, Numa was in a great location, close to Stadtmitte S bahn station and to Konigstrasse for shopping. The room was well equipped too - a kettle and coffee machine as well as a microwave and fridge. Just a shame about the temporary entrance.

If you enjoy not being bothered, no human contact, this place is for you. Everything is done by email, app, PIN, There is no staff, there is no contact with any staff. Everything is self served. There is also very limited furnishing. A bed, 2 very small side tables, and a small table and 2 chairs. There is no place to place luggage, toiletries, clothing….

New building and self service capability. We-wash intégration for washer dryer was great too. Room was just dark so we got another lamp from them and used the tv as another light source plus another sun light we happened to have with us. Microwave is hidden behind the cabinet. Das Zimmer war sauber, Ausstattung zweckmäßig und die Betten bequem. Die Lage ist zentral, etwas durch eine Baustelle rundherum versteckt. Der Zugang mit den Zimmercodes ebenfalls reibungslos. Einziger Kritikpunkt das Frühstück. Für uns war nicht ersichtlich, dass es am Wochenende erst um 9.00 beginnt, was sehr untypisch für eine Messestadt wie Stuttgart ist. Da wir zur Messe gingen, konnten wir das Frühstück leider nicht in Anspruch nehmen, obwohl wir es vorab bezahlt haben. Wäre das eindeutiger kommuniziert worden, hätten wir es nicht genommen. Wir waren auch nicht die einzigen, die umsonst vor dem Frühstücksrestaurant standen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel diesbezüglich war leider etwas enttäuschend- vermutlich KI generiert.

Come sempre Numa si conferma una garanzia. È la seconda volta che alloggiamo in un apartahotel della catena Numa e anche questo soggiorno è stato fantastico. Centralissimo e posizionato a un passo da una grossa fermata della metro con tantissime coincidenze. Bar, panifici, supermercati ristoranti tutti a portata di mano. Consigliatissimo anche stavolta

Elevator trapped my 9 year old daughter. One of our two rooms got changed multiple times, then as advertised air conditioning did not work for 28 hrs. Nice hotel as a crash pad, it just meeds the bugs worked out in order to open, signage on doors, and other minor things.
