Not so good not so bad
As is typical for hotels in this price range, there is no heating system, so it can feel quite cold in the winter. Additionally, during late-night hours, you may need to wait quite a while to get hot water. The soundproofing is poor, so you can hear noises from outside, as well as from neighboring or upstairs rooms, quite clearly. Personally, I didn’t mind because I came back around 4 or 5 a.m. and went straight to sleep. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place for light sleepers.
The staff did their best to assist within their capacity, but it wasn’t enough to resolve all the inconveniences. It also seems like housekeeping only involves vacuuming the floor, emptying the trash, and tidying up the bedding. I couldn’t find evidence of cleaning in other areas.
That being said, the location is very convenient, so I might still consider it as a viable option.
