This is a very basic place to stay with no unnecessary frills. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Nice to have a kitchen available if needed. If you expect a box of tissues in the room, a hair dryer, or hooks to hang your towel on in the bathroom, know that you should bring your own. It's minimal and uncomplicated. Features like the laundry and exercise room are very smart amenities.

My room looked exactly like the photos. If you plan to cook or microwave a meal, you must bring your own utensils and plate are. ☺️ the location is wonderful. Located in a quiet area but a 6 minute drive to lots of shops. Danny at the front desk is very welcoming, kind and understanding.

The front desk staff were rude, condescending and honestly I felt it to be racial. The hotel itself was clean, amenities are fine even without a pool, hair dryers (we asked 4 times for one) nor breakfast. Cleaning is only once per week. No idea when as we were there 4 days and didn’t see anyone to really ask after day one. Laundry facilities are nice and easy to use. I travel all over the US executing events and have never been spoken to by staff like this over a trashcan. We didn’t have one in our room- at all. We took one from the hall as it had door parts in it and it was dumped with the parts at the door that was open and the door was being worked on. Then the desk attendant and manager tried to evict us at 8pm at night. I offered to call the police, the GM… and the GM finally was contacted and agreed it was not an evictable offense and for them to calm down. Literally was screamed at by the desk attendant. It wasn’t even me who was staying at the hotel that did it… def set the tone for the trip. The staff always literally ducked into the inside office every time we came in or out the hotel. Def didn’t feel welcomed nor safe honestly and quite disrespected.

I only needed a room for 1 night on a quick trip to Ft. Myers. I was in a hurry to book and was looking for something close to a location, so this fit the bill. I glossed over the long term stay references, no breakfast, laundry on site and no toiletries info. Realizing after I checked in this was more for people who needed somewhere to stay/live for an extended period of time, not necessarily a vacation type hotel. The place was neat and clean, the staff were very pleasant! This place was packed with mostly tradesmen (which the front desk person told me), when I returned at 11:30 p.m. there were a bunch of people outside smoking, talking etc. not being rowdy or anything but as a woman staying alone I was on guard. Again there was nothing wrong with the hotel or service, it was just a different atmosphere then I was expecting, which was my fault in the first place for choosing a place so quickly!

This is a great location… especially for concert goers to Hertz Arena, about 4 miles away. The rooms are spacious, minimalistic, clean and comfy. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, microwave and a 2-burner glass hotplate. Lots of choices for food and shopping close by. Great security. We gladly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
