The property is relatively new with modern facilities. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Cabramatta is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, it’s connected to Cabra Vale club if you want to play at the casino or enjoy various restaurants and bars. Great hotel in the midst of Suburbs, good for weekend getaways.

We had such a wonderful experience during our stay. Thank you so much for surprising my son with a birthday cake—it truly made his day extra special. Before our arrival, I requested a room on a higher floor away from the noise, as my son loves staying on high floors, and I also asked if it would be possible to display a birthday message in the room. The hotel went above and beyond by surprising him with a birthday cake instead, which made him incredibly happy and excited. Thank you for helping create such a memorable birthday for him. My daughter was equally thrilled and has already said that she wants to celebrate her birthday here next month as well! The room was spacious, and the beds were large, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and truly appreciate the thoughtful hospitality.

Everything was spotless, except the lighting for make up was terrible; especially over the full length mirror. The staff was very helpful A+

Failed to clean and service our room and we were out all day, fridge had no milk for tea in the morning. Dealt with soggy towels for our second day.

The room is very comfortable with noise reduction and variable light settings and modern bathrooms. Staff is highly professional. I just love the convenience of late night bars and bistro to enjoy a beer at ground floor to catch up with old friends while the kids are asleep without having to leave them far behind.

6/10 Good

Everywhere we went inside the premises smelt of stale cigarette smoke like an old ashtray is laying around amongst some strange spicy sweet scent! The pool should be heated snc is way small and they could go with a heated hot tub! Don’t think this will be on our top 10 and I was also overcharged

8/10 Very good

Everything for our stay was perfect, the suite was well designed and very comfortable. Facilities and access to the club were amazing. We loved the bar and pool. The breakfast was ok but there were teething problems with staff and food, not quite organised but early days. The restaurant had an awkward access into the seating area and chairs seemed too large for the space, especially for breakfast. The paper table cloths were not a good environmental decision and looked cheap, leave the nice table tops free, easy to wipe down and much more stylish!

6/10 Good

There needs to be somewhere to place your soap when showering. The shelf is at the other end of the cubical. No toilet brush. The window was filthy. When other guest close their door the wall shakes and the vibration goes through the bed. On a good note, the staff were awesome. They were prepared to go the extra mile. The room was clean. Just teething problems
