Large hotel and very quiet during my stay. The lowest standard room was spacious, clean and tidy. The hotel location is great for the malls of Seacon Square and Paradise Park, which provide many local food options. Local outdoor adventure could be a walk around Rama IX Park or Lake Nom Bon. The staff is very friendly, the pool was clean, however, husband cut the bottom.of his foot on the tiles, be careful) a very nice experience. Stayed 2 nights. Close to the Train Night market on the weekend, fun to walk around and sample different foods. Also for morning breakfast just down the road from Night market is a woman who makes purple jasmine rice congee, so good. Located in a little covered market.

Staff is awesome in this hotel, room was clean but the jucuzzi room door was broke. So the a/c didnt cool down your bedroom ....of course this was the jacuzzi room selection. Breakfast was cook especially with your eggs i believe its dont expect bacon or pork . Durning renovation we couldn't sleep because they were working on 6th floor and our room was in the 5th. Overall the area is awesome for shoping and eating. The gym is broke pool is okay.

First of all i would not recommend this hotel its old and noisy. Dont stay in this hotel because they said its a free shuttle from airport to the hotel. They did not provide shuttle because there is no shuttle, dont be fooled of when booking this place about shuttle its false advertisement we ended up taking grab from airport to the hotel and its far away it cost $ 40 canadian dollars one way and when checkin out going to the airport they had to call a taxi again and i ended up paying onther $40 dollars. They should removed the free shuttle on the website people who would like to stay here for a covinience of pick up and drop off to airport. Its all a lie. They accusing me of they tell me that the shuttle is scheduled they lie about that they dont have shuttle at all i stayed here March 9 to 10 2026. Pls dont be fooled about the convenience of this hotel. The money is no problem i just dont like being lied to about a free shuttle they could have just removed it on the web site.

The room was nasty. It smelled bad. There were holes I. The walls and ceiling. Paint chipped everywhere. Wood around the floor was rotting. Hallway carpets covered in stains. Room numbers mismatched, non sequential and broken/missing. Lobby looked great but the room was old and decrepit. We didn’t stay the night. You could not pay me to sleep here. Disgusting.

Everything about the hotel and service was great, except for the food which on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate it at 2. Room service food was terrible. Caesar salad and chili chicken stir fry basically inedible. All the staff were absolutely super. Room was great and overall service was 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay there again but not eat there.
