We arrived at this hotel and it was flooded. No fire spinlers working as they had been turned off by the fire department.
We waited over an hour to be checked in because the police prohibited entrance. Because Expedia had enacted a no refund policy we felt compelled to stay there. What really aggravated me was the fact that they gave no consideration to the fact that I could ascend stairs and had stated that on my reservation request. The elevator wasn't working! They wouldn't give my situation any consideration.
The staff we very rude and totally unprofessional. Cursing and swearing and yelling loudly in front of the quests.
I know they were stressed but this
