The property was nice, decently taken care of for its age. Typical minor water damage in bathroom, some scratches, scuffs etc
Not happy with the fact the two queen bedrooms of the three bedrooms did not have power, one patio was left open so its was 10°. We checked/flipped the breakers with no change, called the front desk to be told its a timeshare not their unit... what. They said they'd send maintenance, nope, security showed up and literally said they'd check the breaker, thanks tips, we hadn't thought of that already. So too bad, actual maintenance was unavailable until 8am the next morning. Strike 1 for the first night in horsethief condo. Next morning maintenance shows up, no help, they'll call an electrician, waste of hours on day 2. (2 night stay fyi) finally fixed. Talk to the front desk, sorry its a timeshare you have to deal with Expedia. Front desk is absolutely useless when it comes to timeshare units apparently. The area is beautiful, the amenities decent, although we had to uncover the hottubs by our condos to use them(no one around to help, and leaves, dirt etc in the gated area). Suggest if you book thru Expedia make sure its not a timeshare or plan to receive no help or compensation. (Expedia tried to offer $40 in points for an entire day of wasted time, no power or heat to two bedrooms of a 3bd condo)
