Expectation Dependent
Well loved property attached to fun;) Boogie nights was awesome (although bar allows smoking). Steak restaurant was actually superb drinks and food and service and not too expensive for such great quality. Coffee shop also very tasty and great service. Not used to public smoking anymore and they do the best they can to have “nonsmoking” but they can’t keep that controlled. People ignore the rules and take the facility and nice staff for granted in other words leave messes and smoke in areas not allowed. Most other guests are very nice. Also comfort rating was due to this and rude loud late guests with even a screaming baby at a casino property in the non smoking floor. Could use newer carpets and updates to match how well the staff tries to keep clean. Not their fault just set expectations accordingly. I have stayed in worse Hilton properties with the same problems.
