When you look at it, it gives you the feeling that the pool is included. You have to pay 9EUR per entry per person. It's not the hotel's pool, but the shopping mall's pool. So take this into account. Had to email them via www.lindner.de and did not get a reply and then I called them and the person I talked to would not speak good english. I had a tough time explaining that I would arrive one day later.

We loved the contemporary look of the room (room10.24). The reception staff were wonderful - so helpful and knowledgeable. Loved the Central shopping and restaurant area too. The only thing that might have been good is if the swimming pool was subsidized, as it was 18 euros for my wife and sun to use, which seemed a little expensive. I understand that the pool is not the hotel pool, but when I looked at the website before booking, this was not made clear. This was our first time at a Lindner hotel, and I would definitely stay again. A sophisticated yet personal experience.

Shower absolutely fantastic. V convenient location for tram bus etc. View from bar on top floor incredible though drinks v pricey!

Bit slow cleaning the room to have it ready for me but otherwise a pleasant stay. Victoria at reception was helpful. The layout of the room was nice and the hotel is tidy and well connected by public transport.

Brilliant hotel - spotlessly clean and modern. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a view of Bratislava. We have stayed here before - perfect! Any time I return to Bratislava this is where I will be staying. Close to the airport. Taxis are quite expensive though very reliable. Personally - this hotel is one hundred per cent. The pool is accessed via the Leisure Centre in the shopping centre and I think it is run by a separate entity. There is a separate charge for the facilities - 9 euro for pool use - bring your own towel (or make sure you have money with you - as this can cause a lot of inconvenience when they ask for payment for all the extras. The pool is a great length although it was freezing cold when I was in and access to the steam room area etc was not permitted in swimwear - and as I did not have a large towel with me I couldn't access this area (at huge disappointment - and because I needed heat after the cold temperature of the pool). The extra charge does not annoy me but being ready for a swim and then having to go back to pay at reception - and the embarrassment of non-entry until this was done - then an extra charge for towels etc (if you haven't brought any more money down with you) - and subsequent to-ing and fro-ing from the room leads to a lot of frustration. And it was not explained before entry to the leisure area that swimwear was not permitted. You also have to enter and exit via a public area - be prepared.

10 mins taxi ride away from district one. Over all good hotel. Spacious room, clean and good style. However, front reception staff weren't welcoming nor friendly. They were 'cold'. Numerious times, no greetings when you pass the reception staff. Infact the room maids had better courtesy.

Check in was excellent... and the hotel is really good. However the room are very hot: and the air conditioning is remotely controlled! We also didn’t have our towels changed.. but we also didn’t chase this up with the hotel. I would recommend this hotel: slightly out of the main are however trams are very 5minutes and only a 2 minutes walk away. If you want to use the gym etc it’s 8euros per visit which is quite expensive .

Very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, lift to various floors, AC, parking in the basement for additional 20 Euro. Adjoining Central shopping mall with nice food court. Can get tram to city centre from very close by station. 70 cents one way ticket.
